Keep your Believes to yourself and those who willing . . .

As I'm not a Christian ... I do not at any time nor with my luxury of freedom to dictate Christianity,
As I'm not a Muslim ... I will not ever change the way the Azan to be heard,
As I am a Buddhist ... that believing in the way Buddhism is and will be for another 6000 years or more;
As I am a Realist ... All God(s) is meant for Good and only the Evil will manipulate and to transform the Teachings so to suit their own needs and desires.
Politics is no part of any religions whereas the Religion is everything . . . and anything that is Good, Passion and Honest.

What the F they were talking about . . .

What the " F " they were talking about ?
Building a Chinese temple with a Islamic designs to reflect what ? Chinese temple is meant for and only non Muslim and as we the Chinese eat PORK and pray with PORK and dance with PIG . . . so what is the " F " problem with that ?

Between the Forget & Forgive . . .

Even though I am not a perfect person with a less memory capability, I do not Forget .... and as I am a humble servant for the Truths, I do not manipulate it.

Even though I am a less perfect person, I do Forgive ...
and as I am not the perfect One, I am still looking for Forgiveness.

I am a proud Chinese Malaysian . . .

Responding to a friend's comment and here is mine >>> I do respect your own believe in our Homeland but it's not the country at fault, it is the government that we had chosen. It is not the King that we have to put the blame on it but the cronies of the Boringsan & HamNo. As I'm a Chinese Malaysian and to death I'm still a Chinese Malaysian even I'm residing in USA. I shared your feeling as to be a minority but I'm not keeping myself down under nor to be treated and alienated but to be a Chinese Malaysian . . . bro. AAAAAAAA. Have faith upon the Change that is coming on the way.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhRjCCWZ9Cc

It's Deja 'vu . . .

It's a deja'vu ... To undo their mistakes and shames somebody or agency has to recreate the similar scenario that happened not long ago then to follow by their swift actions taken upon their own thugs so in allowing people to witness their fairness and just before things is out of hand.
As if there is no action at all on this coming Open Market in front of Amiga's residence then there will be more Tosai, Mee Curry, Bah Kut Teh, Mongolian Beef and Kazakhstan Pepper Steak's stalls begin to emerge almost everywhere ... you name it !
Sometimes doing nothing on our part is the best solution to our problems . . . So, let it be, 524 & 525

Could you see the picture . . .

Majority of us, the Malaysian especially those under educated or seems to be well educated but not so or whom have 17A's and yet failed to make themselves into the stream of intellectuals at the university or academy that they were endorsed in with the luxury of our tax payer funded scholarship, and not forgetting those were working very hard just to feed their family and spent the rest of days been brainwashed and manipulated by their chosen one.
As most of the  Malaysia’s mainstream media are controlled by the country’s major political parties and are closely monitored to present the most favorable possible view of the political situation to readers and viewer, there are many remain dumb and immune with the lies and propagandas nevertheless there are some simply stupid but later were awaken by the " Bersih " movements.
As I was once stupid but my perceptions about the government started to change after putting myself out of the box and to be less self centered. Less self centered in the sense of seeing beyond what has been made to us to see or made to hear what they wanted it to be heard.

Most of the Malaysian are not racist nor evil but were made like one and to be one if you are found to be awaken and began to speak the truths . . .

Most of the Malaysian are loving people but were provoked and intimidated with hatred and confusions by the authority that once they had voted for . . . either from the Right or the Left for that matter.

Most of the Malaysian are living in a harmony and productive life but were made to be pity dumb in allowing their chosen one to be fully in control on our daily life and as always it is for their betterment but not ours, the People.

We were the one that placed our righteous vote for them in believing that they will execute and administer our needs, the needs to be 1 Malaysia and Maju Malaysian but not the other way round . . .
Never feel afraid to Change, a Change that will show a brand new of manifesto that might bring more goods than bads . . .
As Accountability is good . . .
    Transparency is good . . .
and Justice served is good . . .
Reasoning the common sense is good . . .
Uniting the People of Malaysia is good . . .
At the end, get rid of the rest and move on !

I can help but you can not . . .

What is so wrong for any good Malaysian to give a hand to those indeed need helps regardless of their ethnic and believes ?

What is so wrong for an Indian's family to seek helps from anybody other than the
Indian political party a.k.a. " MISick " since most Indians had been neglected by this component party of the " Boringsan " ?

What is so wrong about the police of Malaysia to intervene the barbarian acts of the so called foot soldier of the " MISIck " a.k.a " HamNo " a.k.a. " Boringsan " ? If not why the police of Malaysia has been seen doing nothing, not even tried to stop the aggressions and provocations that followed by bodily attacks from these " MISick" thugs ?
Or . . . if the police of Malaysia had tried then why they had to take so long just to react ? Or . . . they were simply not doing their duty ? Or . . . what if they were buyers, taking side ?

What is so damn wrong for a Malaysia born Indian girl with families residing in their homeland, Malaysia for decades to obtain her Malaysian Identification Card if that is so easy for foreigners or aliens especially those with doubts over their legality to get one through the whatsoever program that the government has created ?

Subject: Fwd: Will this happens if BN gets back 2/3 majority???
Possibly.
I only pity the future generations if they do not know what is good for them.

What will happen if the BN regains its two-thirds majority?

Written by  Iskandar Dzulkarnain, Malaysia Chronicle

Leave personal sentiments aside, vote for any BN candidate to ensure victory -- Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad
The former prime minister warned his audience that without a two-thirds majority, the country would be dysfunctional. BN would be unable to implement its policies to benefit the people. Sad to say, maybe two thirds of the voters in this country may heed his words and do just that.

It would indeed be tragic if BN ever regains its two-thirds majority. One cannot even begin to imagine the magnitude and width of the implications of such a horrifying event.

CAT will be a dirty word, Pakatan to be destroyed once and for all
For a start, it will be the beginning of the end of the CAT administration (Competency, Accountability and Transparency) currently implemented in the Pakatan Rakyat-governed states. CAT will be a dirty word.

Worse still, BN will ensure that the Opposition is crippled, never able to regain its former strength again. In all probability, it will be the end of the Pakatan Rakyat. Yes, if BN does secure two-thirds again, this is what will happen.

BN will immediately move to consolidate its position, resulting in a major reshuffle of all the top posts in the Country’s Administration - Ministries, Armed Forces, Judiciary, MACC, Civil Service and other Uniformed Units, to ensure that the top administrators are BN-friendly and answerable only to the ruling elite and not the people. Most of the competent and honest ones (if there is any still left) will be forced into retirement.

Crackdown on the Internet, rape and pillage of national coffers
This will be followed by a major crackdown of the Internet, blocking of Opposition friendly weblogs, blogsites and electronic media while a restrictive Information Act will be implemented to ensure limited and controlled flow of information. The internet may even be disabled to the extent, that surfers will find it a pain to continue their web surfing activities.

Ruthless pillage and plunder of the Government and State coffers will also commence immediately, followed by the renewed and relentless rape of our natural resources and widespread deforestation. More money will leave Malaysian shores to be stacked away in Swiss Banks and overseas tax havens. Corruption will reach new highs making the PKFZ scandal look like a child’s toy.

There will be a total blackout on the MSM for corruption scandals, while whistle blowers can expect to be unfairly targeted, rather than be rewarded. This already sounds rather familiar doesn't it, as in the case of Shamsubahrin Ismail, the Datuk Fix-it in the NFC debacle.

New heights of corruption, while Umnoism will spread
The MCA and MIC would be powerless to stop the advance of UMNO, and will have retreat into a quiet corner, stepping aside to allow UMNOism to spread its roots and seep into every nook and cranny of the country.

The Racial conflict will not end as some people (mostly BN supporters) have predicted, but will worsen as the majority race look on in jealousy and rage at the success of the minority races. Race and religious rhetoric will continue to be fanned by the Three Musketeers - Ibrahim Ali, Hasan Ali and Harussani Zakaria - to rouse the sentiments of the majority race against the minority so as to create irreparable racial differences. Misunderstandings will continue to fester and froth, resulting in skirmishes, perhaps even violence.

The races will retreat further into their shells, harboring fear, loathing, jealousy and vengeance against each other, fanned constantly by the three Umno-backed lunatics. Freedom of worship will erode as religious fanatics try to discourage the minorities from openly worshipping in public. Such polemics will continue to draw the people further apart like two giant magnets sited at opposite ends to each other.

Religious decrees will heighten to ensure that the Malays do not go out of line ever again. The Chinese and Indians will be put in their place with the advent of religious extremism. So touchy will the Muslim clerics become, the non-Malays will be forced to be dumb, deaf and blind just  to avoid offending the Muslims. Non-Malays would be stifled, hardly able to breathe as more and more individual freedoms are stripped in the name of religion and national security.
Foreign workers, stagnant salaries, and falling property prices
More foreigners would be allowed to enter the country, as the lucrative levies on foreign labor continues to fatten government coffers, while ensuring a continued vote bank during the bad times. Such recruitment is at the expense of the Malaysian blue collar workers who would be forced to compete with foreigners for jobs that are growing scarcer by the day. Salaries will remain largely stagnant, as Malaysians will be forced to adapt to lower salaries or remain jobless.

Barisan Nasional somewhat caged by a strong Opposition before, will unleash its fury with its new found freedom to make life miserable for everyone. The Police and other uniformed units would be encouraged to flaunt their power to discourage the masses from trying out anything democratic such as peaceful assemblies and gatherings. Rela will be further strengthened with a membership drive to ensure a credible third defence for BN.

BTN, 3 Musketeers and Anarchy
BTN will also have a free rein to continue brainwashing the younger generation and the Civil Service; instilling the doctrine of Malay supremacy which is akin to the Nazism doctrine. BTN may even be upgraded and given its own exclusive Ministry.

We may even see the onset of anarchy as the ruling elite moves to a near dictatorship to keep citizens in check. Taxes like VAT will be implemented across the board on an even higher percentage, not to mention an increase in individual tax rates. EPF deductions may also be raised to burden both the employee and employer, while sloshing more money into the arms of the Umno-compliant EPF board.

Cost of living will spiral, with food items doubling in prices, while petrol will lose part of its subsidy and jump again, but property prices will fall sharply due largely to a sluggish economy and lack of demand as citizens try to migrate. The government will turn a blind eye to such foreboding events, while helping themselves to the government coffers replenished by subsidy cuts and tax hikes.

Desperate Malaysians of all races would have no choice but to turn to the government to alleviate their suffering and beg the government for handouts. But isn’t this already happening?

Insolence will also rear its ugly face and ‘samsengness’ (rowdy, bullying behaviour) will be the norm.

Education would continue to be neglected, as the Government focuses on other unimportant issues. The non-Malays will continue to jostle for the limited number of university places available, while fresh graduates will find it virtually impossible to get employment.

Micro-level
At a micro-level, the following events are likely to happen:
Penang may lose its non-Malay Chief Ministership.
Moral Squads will abound.
Wider policing across the country with the flourishing of road blocks across border states with stop and search teams.
Entertainment outlets may be curtailed or restricted under the pressure of Religious extremism.
Lynas Rare Earth will finally start operations.
Meritocracy will be ridiculed.
Open tenders will close.
The Rule of law will disappear.
The Civil Service will continue to bloat, bleeding funds from other more crucial sectors like health and education.

Patriotism to become extinct as the Malaysian dream ends
Patriotism will sink to its lowest ebb, as Malaysians from all walks of life, look beyond our shores for greener pastures. The migration tide will increase as the deterioration of human rights continues unabated.

Businesses in Kuala Lumpur and other major cities will quietly shut down one by one, as the buying power of the ringgit shrivels, and as the lights go out one by one.
It will be the end of the Malaysian dream with everyone calling it quits.

But with such a depressing scenario, why would Malaysians continue to put their vote in the wrong box? Simple - our education system or should it be propaganda system has reached such a sorry state that most of us cannot even think straight anymore.

Yet, hardly, 5% of the subject matter has been broached, and there are many other major issues that could take place should the BN regain its two-thirds majority - so many, in fact, they could fill a book. For now, the scenario above is just an appetizer course, or mere food for thought.

As PKR vice-president N Surendran warms, “As long as the ruling BN political coalition does not respect the rule of law, our public service institutions will remain ineffective, demoralised and subject to the political whims of the ruling party."

Subject: Fw: Press Release: Police Response During BERSIH 3.0 Rrally Disproportionate and Excessive

Malaysian BAR Press Release

Police response during BERSIH 3.0 rally disproportionate and excessive

The Malaysian Bar is appalled at the abuse of the legal process and grotesque use of force by the police in connection with the BERSIH 3.0 rally in Kuala Lumpur yesterday, 28 April 2012.

The crowds that had gathered for the BERSIH 3.0 rally reflected a broad cross-section of Malaysian society, and were peaceful.  The police were initially restrained, although they did try to stop people from reaching various pre-announced meeting points.  However, the attitude of the police underwent a sea-change at 3:00 pm that day.  The reported breach of police barricades in some areas does not justify the police unleashing the full force of their arsenal upon crowds that were peaceful.  The police have shown in this incident that they do not have the maturity, discipline and restraint required of a professional force.  In this regard the Malaysian Bar strongly disagrees with the Minister of Home Affairs’ assertion that the police acted professionally.

The court order excluding members of the public from Dataran Merdeka is arguably defective in law due to a lack of specificity.  Given that the BERSIH 3.0 rally had been announced on 4 April 2012, there was no need to have obtained the order ex parte.  There had been ample opportunity for the relevant parties to be heard before deciding if such an order deserved to be issued.  In addition, the order was obtained with respect to a situation of the authorities’ own making, by their unjustifiable denial of access to Dataran Merdeka.  It is important to bear in mind that the Minister of Home Affairs had previously announced that the BERSIH 3.0 rally was not a security threat.

Nonetheless, having obtained the exclusion order, the police proceeded to disrespect the order by unilaterally closing additional roads and restricting access to other areas not covered by its terms.  The terms of the order itself, the closing of the roads and the restriction in access gave rise to a tense situation that contributed to the unnecessary violence that occurred.

As has been done with some other public assemblies in the past, the Malaysian Bar deployed lawyers and pupils-in-chambers to act as monitors during the rally, numbering approximately 80.  Our monitoring teams reported witnessing the use of an array of heavy-handed tactics by the police, including the indiscriminate discharging of multiple rounds of tear gas without any obvious provocation, and arbitrary use of water cannons.  Police fired tear gas directly at the crowd.  They also manoeuvred their firing pattern to box in the participants rather than allowing them to disperse quickly.  This is not action to disperse, but is instead designed to attack, a crowd.  When items were thrown at the police, the police stooped to return like for like.

The Malaysian Bar does not countenance the belligerent conduct shown by a number of the participants.  However, we express deep and serious concern as to how the police responded.  The police displayed a lack of restraint and proportionality, reminiscent of their actions at the BERSIH 2.0 rally on 9 July 2011.  Instead of displaying action to calm the situation, they instead aggravated it and contributed to the escalation of the conflict.  Although organisers of public gatherings must bear some responsibility when things get out of hand due to their action or inaction, this does not and cannot excuse the response of the police.

The monitoring teams also witnessed numerous acts of police brutality, such as assault of arrested persons.  Instead of merely apprehending suspects, the attitude of the police was punitive in nature.  The reported attacks by the police on members of the media, both local and international, and the confiscation and/or destruction of their photographs and video recordings, speaks to police action in covering up or preventing a full and accurate record of the BERSIH 3.0 rally and the responses of the police.

Regrettably, the police also showed a general lack of cooperation towards the Malaysian Bar’s monitoring teams, and were hostile in their attitude and approach at times.  This is most unprofessional and unbecoming, and serves as an unhealthy development with negative connotations for the future.

The Malaysian Bar notes that yesterday’s events have not occurred in isolation, but stem from the fundamental problems that gave rise to the BERSIH 3.0 rally in the first place, namely the ongoing and outstanding issues relating to the electoral roll, and the lack of confidence in its integrity and that of the electoral process in Malaysia.

Those who look upon Dataran Merdeka as a symbol of freedom will view the exclusion from Dataran Merdeka as freedom denied.  The promise by the Government to respect democracy and human rights, and implement reforms, was tested yesterday.  The Government’s response and actions during the BERSIH 3.0 rally provided an indication of whether the new reform legislation will be perverted and abused in its use and implementation, where the wide powers vested in the authorities call for measured, proportionate and mature exercise.  The events of 28 April 2012 do not bode well in this regard.

Transformation and real recognition of democratic rights come at a price, namely constant vigilance.  The cost of not transforming and not allowing Malaysians the proper exercise of our democratic rights is too high.  In Malaysia’s march towards developed nation status by 2020, which is only eight years away, the constitutional right to clean, free and fair elections cannot and should not be sacrificed.
